Gold Warranty

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

All products available on the Dandi Care website are covered by our Gold Warranty for consumer protection.

Under this warranty, the consumer is entitled to a refund of double the order value if it is proven that the product is non-authentic or counterfeit.

Gold Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Verification: The Dandi Care store sticker must be present on the product packaging/container to verify the place of purchase (the Dandi Care logo is mandatory).

  2. Claim Submission: A formal complaint must be submitted via email to dandibeautyx@gmail.com. The subject line must include the Order Number and the Type of Complaint. This must be done within a maximum of two days (48 hours) from the date and time of the order.

  3. Product Condition: The product must remain unused. Photos of the packaging/container along with the order details must be provided to the Customer Service team within two days (48 hours) from the date and time of the order.

Upon Fulfillment of Conditions:

  1. A return invoice will be issued to the customer detailing the compensation amount.

  2. A return shipping label will be issued to collect the defective/counterfeit items, which will be professionally disposed of by the Dandi Store team.
